To discuss the opportunities, challenges and strategies for hotels, resorts and serviced apartments in the next Fast Forward phase of industry growth, key industry stakeholders will meet from 25 to 27 July at ANZPHIC 2012 – the region’s leading industry event.

Over 400 owners, investors, developers, operators, lenders, advisors and other stakeholders are expected to join 50 Sponsors, Exhibitors and Supporters in attending ANZPHIC 2012 to hear from industry experts, share experiences and build/reinforce networks.

The 2nd annual Serviced Apartments Summit will also be held on Wednesday 25 July as a pre event to ANZPHIC 2012 to assess the growth, present status and potential of the “other 25%” of the accommodation sector, as well as its impact on the hotel and resort sectors. The Summit is available to 2 day ANZPHIC 2012 delegates to attend free of charge, subject to availability at the time of registration for ANZPHIC 2012.

ANZPHIC 2012 and Serviced Apartments Summit delegates will also receive free entry to Megameet Greet!, the networking reception on Wednesday 25 July for all delegates of Megameet 2012 events.

A $250 “early bird” discount for registrations on or before 31 March will also be available for ANZPHIC 2012.

The plenary sessions and Exhibition facility for ANZPHIC 2012 will be held in the extensive facilities of the Hilton Sydney and the Serviced Apartments Summit will be held in the offices of co-hosts Ashurst.
